A plot idea

Anyways, so I had a couple of ideas about a plot.

This no-leaf(winter) more snow than normal falls or the season itself lasts longer than normal, which makes the clans go hungry for longer, the air is colder etc causing tensions between the clans to rise. Then as spring comes and the snow begins to melt, the water levels rise too high, flooding the clans territories. The clan on the heighest terrain wouldn't suffer as much with it the clan on the lowest would suffer the most. For example.. Tunnelclan live in tunnels, they could be flooded or something? So they try to reason with the other clans for help or one of the other clans takes advantage of the clans weakness and demands something in return for their help?

Another idea... Two-legs are capturing wild cats and getting them to fight each other, (like dog fights but with cats) so the clans have to join together to find a way to repel the two-legs or hide from them. The cats that are captured have to find a way to escape to get home or the clans follow them to help free their trapped clanmates.

A similar idea.. A nearby two-leg village has been abandoned it's no longer safe for them, they leave behind their cats who then start causing trouble for the clans, stealing their food, attacking them, setting up their own nests in the territories or something like that haha.
